Card cloned and used for shopping

WARNING!!! While lying sick in my bed at home in Ridgeworth Cape Town on saturday 22 June 2013, I got an sms of a transaction going through on my rcs account for almost 5000 at shoprite checkers after which I almost immediately got a call from Kathleen in CT confirming the transaction done in Butterworth PE and she was on the phone with the store but they could not locate a supervisor! by this time the perpetrator had enough time to leave the store!! I confirmed that it was def not me and have my card with me here in CT. Had to then go and make affidavid at police station with copies of id and card as requested which I then faxed through early monday morning 24 June. I phoned them to confirm fax received. Phoned them again at 14:30 to request feedback and was told it takes 21 days to sort out. They should def implement better security protection for clients!!! how do the perpetrators get hold of your detail? and make their own card? Makes we wonder how safe ANY card account is even if you have the physical cards in your possession ALL THE TIME!
