On January 18th 2013 we received a phone call from the police telling us that our card has been cloned and that the police put a block on the card. We immediatly phoned RCS head office and the department. They were very professional with all their information and help. Giving me ALL the detail we needed! We faxed through all this information and after 21 days (the time they said it would take) they phoned us to confirm that everything has been fixed and our account was ready for use! We just needed to get n new card.
Thank you to the department of RCS. You guys are professional and effecient!!!
