Being ripped off, again (x4)

For the 4th time my rcs card was cloned and used making a purchase in durban, while i had the card in my possession home in cape town.i received an sms of this transaction and notified the proper authorities who blocked the card.then i had to go through the whole process of getting an affidavit, which meant standing in a long line at the police station on my time.getting a new card issued were actually worse, as this also took almost 2 hours.well, i got a new card, but when i received my statement, no surprise, the transaction were not reversed.this happened more than a month ago when i reported it to rcs, but up to now, no one has cared
