I am disgusted by their service. On Tuesday, 3/12/13 I was in meeting in Cape Town received an sms for transaction done. I immediately phoned the number in the sms reporting this is. Send from pillar to post but finally received ref # and was told my money will be paid in 0-12 working days. On Wednesday wanted to use my card transaction declined thought I need to get a new card. Could only go on Saturday morning to find out what's going on they told me I should phone and request a new card as they don't have those type of cards at the bank. Phoned and the lady told me that my card has never been cancelled and that I should use my debit card I have been issued with went back and asked them to check if the money has been paid back into my account. To a SHOCKING reveal that on the 4/12/13 two other transactions cleared out my account. Immediately to my business consultant explaining her everything and she phoned to find out why did the other transactions went through. With long stories I have been told that I went through the wrong departments when reporting the incident and that it will take 10 working days for to investigate the matter. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY AND ESKOM CAN CUT MY POWE
