On the 31st of May 2013 I had an accident. I reported the accident to the police, made sure I had all relevant details from the other parties, and I reported the accident to 1st 4 Women all on the 31st of May. My car was accessed on the 31st of May - I was very impressed with the assessor (Alan) his service was excellent. But unfortunately that was the last good thing that happened for me at 1st 4 women.
I have had to phone in every week subsequently to find out about my claim. On Tuesday the 4th June, my assessment value for my car was sent in - over 1 month ago, and to-date my car has still not been fixed.
On phoning in - I was notified there was an outstanding assessment for a "Pollock" that had to be submitted - and there was absolutely no "Pollock involved in the incident - I have subsequently found out that the consultant loaded the incorrect person under my claim.
I was phoned on the 26th June to be told that my claim is all approved, and that Auto Magic will be in touch to book my car in. To-date I have had no call from Auto Magic.
It is now over 1 month and my claim is not sorted out!! - SHOCKING
