I was in a miner accident on the 10-03-2013 where another vehicle collided with the rear end of my car. The same night I had made a case at the police station to sort out the claim for the repairs to my vehicle.
The following day I called into the call center to start the proses for the claim, I explained to the lady who answered the phone what happened and she put me trough to someone who would be able to assist me.
After explaining what happened and everything I was told that the he does not work with those types of claims and was put trough to the correct department that does handle those claims. And I was even told these tiles of claims take 3-4 months? After explaining the same story again I was told I was in the wrong department and was once again put trough to the correct department, now this happened for another two or three times and the last time I was kept on hold for about another 10 minutes.
I put the phone down to call again with the hopes that some one would be able to assist me, once again I explained my situation to the person who answered the phone and was kept on hold for 26 minutes with no answer from any one.
