I got car insurance from Mutual and Federal on the 1st of December 2012, and the broker who assisted me was Adel van Wyk, and everything she told me on the phone was on the Documents.
Then came a time when I needed to claim and I called for assistance and she forwarded the claim on my behalf, helped me with everything, I have been in situations where I need her assistance at night and she would respond immediately, at other times when I needed assistance she would be in hospitaldoctor's surgery but I would still get the great assistance needed.
The one time she was going to have an operation done, she still responded to my request and had Ryan who was just as efficient and arranged a courtesy car for me.
So Adel van Wyk has done a great job at representing Mutual & Federal, she is always available on the phone, sms and email, always ready to assist. Well done and Thank you Adel van Wyk.
