I was involved in an accident 3 May 2013. iWYZE had authorised A1 Road assist to move my car from the accident scene to the nearest panelbeater. I was given a courtesy car for 15 days and nothing happened within those 15 days. I followed up to check progress still nothing was done even the assessment. The courtesy car was extended for a further 15 days. Still when I checked progress there were still busy with my claim. I called them again on the 31st May 2013 as it was the last day for me to return my car. The consultant that assist me told me to keep the car until this matter is resolved but I was not happy with that because its been a month and my car is still not repaired. When I called on the 3rd June 2013 I was told the extension was only for 3 days. I returned the car on the 5th June 2013. Friday the 7th I called and was advised that the team leaders were discussuing my claim and will call me before the end of business but they didn't. I am very disappointed by iWYZE poor service and luck of communication to their clients. I have been over patient with them, I am inconvenienced as I have no car and I have to get around. I want my car to be repaired asap without further delays
