NEDBANK Unethical Practises!!

Again, the SECOND time in a few months!!! i'm complaining about the SAME thing. My Nedbank loan is suppose to go off my account the 28th of the month. AGAIN!!! nedbank goes and try and take the money the 21st???!!! this also happened to my wife previously and a another family member. Nedbank is unethical and will try and take money when it suits them (as they did in december after i specificaly asked them not to, as my salary only gets paid in in the 25th)
i'll be taking out a loan at another bank tomorrow to close all my Nedbank accounts!!
