Unethical Lawyers

After manking arrangements to pay nedbank through their legal department lawyers MSDP via debit order. This month I check my debit order only to see that nedbank has taken two debits from my account, when I went to the branch to find out what happened, my installment that I paid to msdp for december was not received by nedbank so they debited my account twice! Msdp did not pay nedbank which I paid to them. For lawyers, this is unethical!
