Today, I went to OR TAMBO branch around 17H00 to a deposit, but found no deposit slips/ Pen I stood in the queue of the tellers to ask for one, only to be told to go to enquiries, I then stood at the queue to obtain one, and was rudely point to one at the next counter, then found a pen in my bag to fill this out, then went back to the teller to deposit, who was very unfriendly. as she told me that the name of the acc does not match the account no and was not able to provide me with the correct details, I then looked at the invoice I had from the supplier and was told I need to write the correct details, which I had no problem, then I had to recount the cash and put the cash in a bag, I think this is just doing the teller job, why should I, I told her I going to complain and she asked me why and I told her because the service, I walk out of the bank and was telling my niece that this is the worst bank I been to and this was my first visit to std bank, a White female ask me what happen and I advised her and she asked me to calm down, and she tried to explain and at the end she told me I have an attitude and I can go to another bank. MOVING FORWARD OR MOVING CLIENT OUT OF STD!!!
