Ad service with billing

As a client of nedbank I'm very upset with the billing service and the way its carried out. I have a loan account with nedbank and when I took the account I stated that I get paid on the 25th of each month and I singed for it. But nedbank can't wait for payment that its been deducted by the 20th or 21st of the month. That's not the agreement that was singed for. Sad very sad that a bank can just remove funds from your account without your permission. I will never deal with nedbank again
