I took up an investment policy with sanlam that deducted last month and last week i took uo another then later decided ti cancel the new one. called their service centre told to write a letter for cancellation whnch i did and faxed to then.i was told i wld receive an sms to confirm cancellation that was tuesday and i am stil waitng.during this call i discoverd that my other policy was not active becouse according to the agent over the phone no payment was received.i told him that impossible as this is a syop order and its on my salary advise as proof.he had the nerve to tel me about a 15 day clearnce period when "if he had checked the calander, like most of us had passed"he them went on the insult my me and told me he wld investigate and that i should call back for follow up! the nerve of thse ppl i must now pay them and then waste more money running around to find out wer my money is at? why is the customer service departmert there there? is it that they are used to doing nothing while customer run round trying to get their things sorted? i am going to cancel these policies and rid myself of this useless company once and for all.i will take a day off expercially for these them!!!
