3months before my contract expired with cell the simcard stopped working.i went to the nearest store in clearwater mall where i was told to do a sim swop.i was not willing to pay for something i did not damage and told them i will not continue with the contract but i still paid for the remaining 3mnths, to my surprise 3months after it had officially ended cellc still continued to debit my account. I then immediately put a stop order against them.i went to the store again to enquire then they told me write a cancellation letter which i did.a month later cellc calls to say i owe them, What a nerve! Why is that nobody called me from cellc when the contract expired and when they were my money but they have a nerve to call when they want money not due to them and neither was i told to write a cancellation letter when i informed that I WILL NOT RENEW THE DEAL? At inception of the deal cellc did not tell me to write a cancellation letter if i will not renew the deal.i have been waiting for their incompetent consultant to get back to me regarding this query all they say is that someone from accounts will call me back.cellc please stop annoying me and refund me my money!
