I have a policy with Sanlam Sky for my father. My father passed away in September 2012, I was told by Sanlam that they won't be able to pay since I only had the policy for 4 months. I then ask them to cancel the policy for my father. They asked for a letter stating that, I sent them the letter. They never came back to me. I called the call center again. I was told this time to send another letter and attach my father's Death Certificate so that they can refund me also for the months they've been deducting. I sent the letter again on the 04 of April 2013 with the Death Certificate attached, then I got an electronic response stating that the request has been logged and my complain will be attended on the 16th of May 2013, until today I never got any kind of response or feedback from Sanlam Sky. All they are doing they still deducting my money and nothing from them.

I want them to cancel the policy, stop deducting my money and refund me for all the months since my fathers death.
