TWICE IS A CHARM

I am disgusted with sanlam.less than a month after they said my issue was sortd out they send me a policy schule and since i dnt get whats that about since they said they canceeled that particular policy i called and asked.needless to say i out again they they lost my premuim which they said they had found.the consulatnt thembi nkosi had me write a letter as well as fax my salary advise for tht month to them but its tuesday morning and they stil have not gotten back to me after i wrote to that letter that i wanted feedback.since they keep losing my money i want it back and i will not write another letter to get whats mine.disgusting service, disgudting company.im going back to old mutual at least they know at all times wer my money is at!
