Very slow and disappointing service

I have an existing insurance claim with Standard bank that has been going on from December 2012.
I have phoned numerous times now, waiting on the line for at least 12 minutes or more every time, just to be referred / transferred to someone else who is not interested or willing to help me resolve this problem.
Standardbank keeps referring me to Waybridge and Waybridge keeps referring me back to Standardbank. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Its been 3 months now, and my money still hasn't paid out. I always pay my insurance promptly, yet Standard bank can't even be bothered to help me.

I am so disappointed with this, I will never deal with Standard bank claim department again.
I am moving my Insurance.
