I called MiWay on the 20th of June 2013, at about 2:30 in the afternoon to register a cellphone claim. I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Kholeka Mabaso. She captured my claim with ease and what really astonished me was when she called me 2 hous later to tell me that she has paid out my claim.
It is not the paying though that is making me write this report, it is in the manner that she dealt with me. Friendly, professional, efficient, prompt response, the list is endless. To sum it up in a word she is a SERVICE CHAMPION.
Kholeka, i appreciate that so much. You are the best at what you do, and i have no doubt that with that phenomenal attitude, you will go far in life. I thank you.
