Pathetic service and customer care

Logged a claim 2 months ago.
I received a sms telling me that zurich will contact me within 7 working days.
I still have not heard anything and that was in December.
When I called they told me they are still waiting for documents. I then contacted the person involved and they said that zurich confirmed the receiving of the documents.
I was told that Pule Molubi is handling my claim.

Still No Customer service and I am still sitting with damage on my vehicle!
