I have waited for 3 weeks for my insurance claim to be sorted out by Zurich. I have never had such bad service in my life and dealt with such unprofessional people. The Assessor from Censeo took 10 days to do his report and then when I eventually receive my acknowledgement of debt Zurich try and undercut my insured retail value by nearly R30000. Not once in the 3 weeks when I asked Zurich for feedback did they get back to me or give me a call back to inform me of the progress of the claim or discuss with me why they have chosen to settle so low below my insured value for a brand new car. I pay a premium for a service which is not in the least provided and on top of that you contract out Assessors who do not complete there work on time and treat people like criminals.
