RIDICULOUS!!!

My Partner was involved in an accident where Zurich is the insurance for the trucking company, they had asked us to get the report from the police relating to this accident, after a few months of running around we have finally received the report from the Police only to be told we must now get witness statements. this is really ridiculous that the insurance company is running away from paying out when their customer was at fault, it would have been such a tragedy if the truck had run over the car and my partner killed yet now the insurance company wants to run away from their responsibility, shame on you Zurich. all this needs to be exposed. news papers, social sites etc etc.
