On the 9/6/2013 i asked to be contacted inconnection with a claim i would like to place, they phoned me with in the hour of the request but when they heard i was a current client not a "prospect' the atmosphere of the call changed immediately, then they told me they were not sure if i specified my cell phone to which i asked them to please listen to the call, a week later someone called me again (after i once again had to ask to be contacted 0 follow up) they aplogised tremendously and promised i would be sent a copy of the call.

Until today i have yet to receive any feedback, this is not the way you run a business.

I will be looking else where for customer satisfaction
