Firstly when making changes to my policy a consultant cancelled my policy and re-instated the same day, but now my 4 year no claim bonus which is due in few months has been moved to a few years. I have been trying to have it reset since June. I phone on a weekly basis to follow up as I get no response. They keep telling me a manger will call me. No calls to date. Secondly I had a 3rd party claim which I registered with my insurance. I received an email offering help in recovering the claim from the 3rd party. Which i was happy with. I sent all docs as requested. Go no feedback. After 10 days I followed up and found out that they had received my docs but lost them. I then resent the docs. It has now been almost 4 weeks since the accident and the 3rd party has not yet been contacted for the claim... so is dial direct actually helping or not? When i call to follow up today, no one else can assist me except Hlubi and he is not in the office. Seriously annoyed at the lack of response from Dial Direct and why should i have to phone on a weekly basis to follow up on things! Everytime I get told an urgent email is sent to the manager Hlubi regarding my 2 complaints and everytime no call
