Claim: Hail Damage 28/11/2013

I lodged a claim iro hail damage to my vehicle on 28/11/13. I was promised that someone would contact me for an assessment. I phoned again and again and was told that Global Hail Solutions would contact me within 7 working days. On the 7th day I phoned again and after shouting I was told that I could take the car on 10/12/13 to Automagic for assessment, who told me that I will be contacted with regards to window replacing. On 12/12/13 I phoned again as no one contacted me and by shouting again I was told that I could take the car to Glasfit for window replacement and I will be contacted iro repairs of other damages. On 17/12/13 I phoned and was promised that Ntsako will contact me as he is my repair consultant and tell me when and where I can take my vehicle for repairs. On 18/12/13 I still wasn't contacted and phoned again to be told that Kirsten will phone me as he is following up with his manager as to where my car can be taken. I am phoning on average 3 x p/w and still don't know anything. My husband's car is with Outsurance and with 1 call on 28/11 his car is already booked for repairs. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER refer anyone to Dial Direct - your service is absolutely terrible!
