I had lodged a query on my account on about 2013.04.11. The person I talked to told me I would be contacted in about 24 to 48 hours. On the 16 th, Tuesday, I called again as I received no feedback. The person I spoke to, Brent, told me that the matter has escalated and that he insures me that someone would call me back. On the 17 th I called back as no one contacted me. Brent told me that he gave the matter through to his manager and guaranteed me someone would call me back the same day. As I was not called back, I phoned again. Brent again said that his manager was in a meeting and that she would call me back. I asked him would it be today and he said yes. On the 18th, today I had to call again as I had not been contacted. Brent was not available and I asked to speak to his manager. After a while I was put through to Lee Ann Arendse. I could immediately pick up that my query was not attended to in the two weeks that passed. This I passed to Me Arendse. After being promised to be called back within an hour she did wonderfully call and the matter was resolved. The fact of not being contacted left a bad taste in the mouth.
