Rejected Claim in 2011! OUTRAGEOUS!!

I get a call out of the blue ask for R2183.20 payment for a claim that was paid in March 2011. This was a valid claim submitted and approved to Santam for damage to my house which was insured by Santam at the time.

I am not sure how an insurance company approves your claim and then after 3 years ask you for the monies back!!!

So, are they asking me to break down the repaired roof and take the repaired parts back to the suppliers and give them the monies back!!! Ridiculous!!

Now they are threatening me with legal action if I do not pay the monies back within 7 days? The only documentation submitted to me is the approved claim form March 2011.

I would like someone from Santam to contact me and rectify the issue as I am not prepare to pay the monies as it is in the house and I cannot get it back.
