Slow Respond to simple customer claim

I have put in a claim to Santam on the 6th May 2013 for a broken radiator on my motorcycle. The radiator was hit by a loose stone when i was riding on R341 to Willowmore for strawdog rally. All I was told by the insurance was that they will send an assessor to have a look at the motorbike, 8 days down the line i still have not received a call from the assessor to look at the bike. Almost every day I call the claim consultant named Phumzile to inquire when will i get my motorbike assessed and repaired, she puts me and hold and then after some minutes she tells me she will get hold of the assessor and get back to me. That will be it and i will never get any call again, either from her or the assessor. This has been happening since i registered my claim until today. To be honest this is one of the worst respond to claims i have ever experience especially on a simple claim like radiator damage. Almost everything of mine is insured with Santam, my two cars, motorbike and my house content, I am really asking myself whether is worth continuing my cover with them because it seem like attending to customer claims and sorting the claims swiftly is not of high priority to Santam
