Is this not against the CPA???

Thank you for the mail.

I understand, however it's not changing anything to what I should pay month end.

How can this be consolidated if It's 2 different companies and I still have to pay R1780 per month and the original feedback was

R1300.00 for R25 000.00 now I'm paying R12 000 R9500 = R10 700.00 - I'm not happy with this.

It seems like the consolidation was only to get me there and knowing that I desperately needed this - Going to Midrand was all for the wrong reasons...

I want the original request - As confirmed my you telephonically on a recorded line - It was never confirmed that the quote will be different when I mailed you on the 5th 6 o clock at night and arranged the day before the quote could change.

How will the above be rectified? Financially I'm impacted and I would have no other choice to log a complaint on Hello Peter, certainly this is again the CPA ACT/Rules? This is not protecting the consumer and all???
