i'm so disturbed and bitter at miway consultants by the way the carry out their duties. i pay almost R1000.00 monthly premiums but come time of claim i get to be send from pillar to pillar and spend almost an hour on hold before you get to be transferred to the next department.
I stuggled to get through the claims department, my Geely had to be towed away on the day of my accident which was on the 27 of May almost two weeks now of which it's claim was lodged the very next day with Marriette and she had promosed to follow up with my claim but since then I have never had a call from her and I fax through the incidant report that she told me to write and so left het a voice mail with my case number but when thursday came with no word from her I had to call again and couldn't get through to her coz she was not picking up her line then I phoned the call center and I was put on hold for almost an hour before getting through to claims department. Then Zolani helped me and told me the was no case number so clearly Marriette didn't update my details. I'm the one who has to call in all the time and till today they haven't started fixing my car n don't know how long it'll take to b fixed
