I am a new policy holder at First for Women Insurance and am incredibly unhappy with the service i have received thus far, to the point where I am considering switching my insurance to another company. I was first advised on what I needed to do, i went and did what was required, then I was told that I hadnt submitted some documents (which I was never asked to do). I then submitted those documents and asked if there was anything else i needed to do and was told no. I then get a message to say that there are more documents that they need, i then submitted those and was told that everything was in order. I now get another message to say I now need to go and have a further inspection done on my vehicle. I am infuriated to say the least, and i am concerned that First for Women is delaying all of this so that if I need to make any claim that they will have a loop hole in which they wont pay my claim, despite me having paid my incredibly high premiums and asking a million times if there is anything else they need. This is disgusting and I am most certainly seeking alternative insurance coverage. im not even 2 months with them and already i am having problems! Shocking!
