I had a horrific incident at home which damaged my vehicle, I was skeptical to claim because people told me insurance claims are delayed because companies find excuses not to pay out for repairs. But on the same day I decided to submit a claim on line with first for women after reporting to the police. The next day the consultant called me back and everything was processed formally, she said it would take 3 working days after the weekend to have a final decision on my claim, it was shorter than that, within 7 days of the incident I am now waiting for my car parts to arrive.
