First For Women Insurance
1st for Women should be the last choice for Women

I was insured under 'Personal Insurance' & not under 'Business Insurance.' I work as an account manager at an Online Marketing Agency & I meet my clients' at my office. In July, I left the office to fetch an important document from a client during business hours. On the way I bumped into a car. I called 1st for Women and they assured me that they would pay me out and the other vehicle involved they will pay out. They then phoned me & said that they cannot pay me out anymore because I am not insured under business insurance 2 WEEKS LATER.I told 1st for Women that I was going to cancel my contract because they had promised to pay me back and went back on their word. They then asked me if I wanted to go ahead with the cancellation, I said 'no' and that I would get back to them about it. The man I bumped is now threatening to sue me because he needs his car fixed & 1st for women rejected my claim. I was then told that I had been canceled on the system-I did not give permission for them to cancel my contract nor did I receive any notification as to inform me. I am now driving a car that is not insured-without knowing it! The 'service' is absolutely horrendous and completely unacceptable
