No response concerning a claim

On the 19th Nov 2012 i reported to First for Women that one of their clients hit my vehicle from the back. I was told that I needed to take my vehicle to one of their assessment centers and they would call me back as soon as the paperwork was completed for repairs. 3 weeks went by with not a word from them. I called asking what the hold up was & they said I didnt send in a sketch of the accident (which i found a waste of time, as it was already sketched on the police report i filed and their client sent to them). So I sent it via email & got a response saying they will call me shortly. That was on the 10th Dec, it has been 5 weeks and still no response! I understand that it was the holiday season, but I would like to get my car repaired immediately as i use it for work. I feel First for Women trying to ignore the problem. The whole point of insurance is to pay out when their client is responsible for an accident, or do I need to legallly take this matter further in order to bring it to a conclusion?
