Clientel DONT DELIVER!

I am so sick and tired of people taking advantage of others. My Father went onto your hospital plan because he knew he had a operation coming up and wanted to prepare himself for the income loss... We have requested on NUMEROUS occasions for the freeking documents to be sent through to us!! PLEASE GO CHECK YOUR RECORDS!!! this was NEVER DONE!! He had asked if all would be ok and he would get his payout and they kept reassuring him... so he was happy to go ahead without the documents.. now fast forward to 8 - 9 months later he had his op after begging for it for over 3 years in pain and when it comes time to get some MUCH NEEDED financial relieve, Clietel have said... "SORRY, we cannot pay out as you have to be on the plan for 24months... " DISGUSTING!!! if you had stipulated this and he had known one way or the other then fine! BUT YOU REASSURED HIM he would be taken care of... This makes me sick! My father doesn't even have a job and was using his pension to cover this amount every month... Just to have it by Clientel, Now he sits without food and security that was promised. I will be taking this to the magazines and papers!!! Sies!!
