Good morning, I am irate, furious and livid for receiving an attorneys letter from Esterhuyze attorneys informing me that I must pay R489.06, because I owe Loan Tracer R399.00. Firstly I want you to forward me a copy of the contract whereby I agreed to pay R399.00 for services. At no point in time did I say yes for a debit of R399 to be deducted from my account. If I do not receive the contract within 48hours to indicate that I gave you permission to deduct the funds I will report this matter to the Ombudsman, because this is. Secondly, please inform the attorneys and forward me proof that there is no outstanding amounts in their books. I am awaiting your prompt response as soon as possible.
