What poor service!?

What a pitty of the poor service level of (Clientel Life Legal.) On the 20the April i aplied for a legal assistance plan. Acording the contract they said that my monthly payment will be deducted on the 1st of every month and that i will recieved all my documents in 2weeks after my first deduction. Till up to date i havent recieved any documents or Clientel Life card and to put the (cherry on the cake) they already deducted the second premi on the 24the and not even on the 1ste as agreed. It seems that i must get my own personal Legal Attorney to fight the Clientel Life Legal assestains. What i shame because this is fraught!!!
