I called Clientel call centre to find about my Hospital Plan cash back, I was put by Tshepo on hold for 15min and when they do got back to me by a supervisor Thabo I was told that they calculating my debits manually!!! which is 60 premiums debited on my account. I am still waiting for my payment which I was informed that it will go through my account automatically.
