Does your policy cover HIV positive peaple

I have 2 policy with clientel i have funeral plan and life premuim cover i have seen too many complains about clientel since i have been doing my reseach and i would like to know if clientel cover HIV positive people because should i die i do not wish my siblings to struggle because i am the eldest i am the one taking care of them since we lost our parents i am HIV positive if clientel does not cover HIV please do not waste my time paying for policy that would not payout when i am gone i want them to have a bright future should anything happens to me and i did not hide my status to the consultant why
