Debt review - incorrect listing

I recently applied for VAF from Nedbank. Although I am credit clear I was surprised when the application was rejected.

Upon investigation I found out that Nedbank had me listed as being under debt review. For the record I was under debt review as a result of my husband being under debt review and us being married COP. In September 2011 a 17.4 was issued for us. So I have not been under debt review since September 2011.

I am struggling to get the bank to update its systems. Please help!!!
