Feel like Being Ignored

A dispute has been logged with RCS, Police Docs and another supporting documents faxed to them as well. from Feb 2013 i have been making sure i call them 2 or three times a month to find out what the status was like, as they said it might take from 7 days to about 21 working days.

Every time i call, i am advised that someone will call be back before the end of the day. and Yet i am still to receive any call. i was also told that my account has been sorted out and that it was just waiting for a signature from someone. NOW i hear the person who was to sign my papers does not work there anymore. can this please be forwarded to someone who is Kin enough to do their work please.

This is now very urgent
