Denied Debt Review Application

A couple of years ago (2009), I applied for Debt Review through Debt Rescue. They processed the application through the courts and then came back with a letter informing me that the courts decided that I did not need to be on Debt Review and that my debt is manageable. Debt rescue indicated that I would have to manage my debt myself and would not be under debt review. A week ago, I applied for my credit report and the first item on it is that I am on Debt Review. I went back to Debt Rescue and was informed that they would go into the system and ensure that my name was removed. They phoned me back and said that this was done. When my credit report came through, it still shows me as being on Debt Review - which I find totally unacceptable as Debt Rescue had promised me that they had removed me. For four years, I am struggling with Debt Rescue to remove my name off Debt Review as the application had failed. This Debt Review mess is preventing me from moving forward with my life.
