Pls can somebody at Bayport help me?

I am currently on debt review and was recently informed that my debt review has been cancelled by Bayport. I sent the letter to my debt counsellor and he said that they have never come back to him and that he has requested that my debt review be reinstated. I haven't missed a payment to them and am not sure why this would have happened.
I am not in a position to pay the instalment they require and urgently need to be reinstated on debt review, please can somebody help me, I have tried calling but never get through to them
