INCORRECT DEBT REPORT LISTING AT FNB

I recently applied for an FNB personal loan, however this was rejected, reason FNB confirmed that I am under debt review. When I question this with FNB and informed them that I never applied for debt review and is not under debt review either. They informed me that is the information received from ITC, I contacted transunion, experian, compuscan, Xds etc and no one could pick up a debt review listing for me name. I also told FNB look at all my accounts not one single account is in arrears, how can I be under debt review, not even my credit card and vehicle finance from them is in arrears, how is it possible for a bank just to say sorry this is the information received from the credit bureau without really disputing the facts, this after I confirmed that I am not under debt review...
