Totally unacceptable service

The service or lack thereof that I received from the Department is appalling. On 13/05/13 the Glenwood branch reported a case on my domestic's behalf. We were given a reference no. & contact phone no. after being told that we will receive feedback within 3 days. I to date have spent hours of my time & wasted phone calls trying to get hold of the no. given (0112274905). I am tired of hearing "how important my call is" but to no avail. I have since tried numerous times again & I also got the branch to phone. On Monday, 27/05/13 I received a call from someone advising me that there is a huge amount of at the moment & assured me that I would receive feedback within 5 days!!! It is now a month later & I have still not had any feedback nor any answers. I need an answer or even a courtesy call to provide feedback. The amount that was taken out his account is approximately R22 000.00 which was money he had to build a house. The service or lack thereof is appalling. Totally unacceptable...
