Cash jammed at the atm

On the 5/12/2013 I deposited money at the Atm R4000 at the OR Tambo International Airport as this is what standard bank has been trying to promote to eliminate long queues. My Money then jammed and followed by a receipt from the atm stating I should go to my nearest branch, which I did, the consultant at the airport told me all she can do was lodge a claim and standard bank would then get back to me in 4 - 5 working days. 11 days later I hadn't heard anything so I emailed standard bank to find out what may possibly been the delay? they responded and told me to provide them with more information which I did, I went to my nearest branch at benoni northmead square to find out where they were with the investigation, the consultant advised me this may be a case of and it shall be rectified, she further told me someone from standard will contact me and advise me further. To my disappointment I have not yet received any feedback. Numerous times I have had being done to me and standard bank seems to lack knowledge on how to tackle these matters and delay service. I am yet to receive my money or better a phone call from them. definitely changing banks
