No response after numerous call and emails

My Card was swollen at a STD Bank ATM.
As a person should, I phoned in to Stop my card..

Which firstly didn't really help as I had to hold on for more than 10 minutes.
Funds was drawn out of my account while I was on the phone with the call centre.

I logged my case, as they were drawing money out of my account. and received a reference number.

I went into the branch the next day, and I received a mail that the outcome will be within 10 workings days.
(outcome deadline the 19th of July 2013)
Which didn't happen, so I phoned again the 22nd of July 2013 to hold on for a another 10-15minutes.

Promises have been made that I will receive call back by the end of the day.
Which did not happen.

My many requests for a response on email and telephone have been ignored.

I think this departments service is appalling and unacceptable.

Again I phoned today the 25th of July and I was told they will call me when they have an answer.
They can't give me date or time.

Clearly after 13years its time for me to move my account to a different bank.
