Unresolved case after more than two months

I reported on my account. Matter was supposed to be resolved in 10 working days. It wasn't. Went to Port Elizabeth branch where I got absolutely no joy as they could not reach their department. I spent at least two hours at the bank and nothing. Later that day received a call from their service recovery unit (or something like that), saying that the matter will be looked into and apologising for what happened. This was more than a month after i reported the. On Friday 5 April, i received a call and was informed that I will be refunded. Received an apology and was told that for the latest the money will be in my account by the monday. Even received a sms saying the matter has been resolved and a reference number. On 13 May I went back to the bank to see the service manager again. He was unavailable because he was in a meeting. I left a message with the reference numbers stating that I still have not received my refund. Received calls from him saying that the system shows the matter has been resolved and there will be a refund and matter has been closed but there is no record of refund. Promised me feedback.16 May. No refund or feedback!!!
