I had all my money out my account on 15 May in the morning... seems like a cloned card. Went to bank and they logged complaint with the fraund line - I have not been able to get through to them. my one call waiting was 48 minutes. I have had no courtesy call or sms advising what's going on. When I went to the branch they told me to phone as they don't help in the branch, they checked and said case was only logged 20.05. and will be 10 working days. Todate I have not had any feedback or any courtesy call or sms. This is totally unacceptable. R3000.. may not be alot of money to you, but that's all I had. Being treated like this makes me feel less worthy of higher income earner and you make me feel like a less valued client because of the poor service - or no service for that matter. Another complaintt - the line. There is no way a person can get through. PLEASE could someone try and assist me or let me know what's happening. My email address is [Email Removed]
