I put in an insurance claim on the 29th of April (NED13127718) the contractor Looja projects responded promptly and even took a sample of the cupboard. After a month there was no response, I called Nedbank and was referred to 011 710 4249 TJ Viljoen, the rudest person ever. She said that I refused the contactor access, but how do they have a piece of my cupboard as a sample. The now want to send the guys out again. I asked them to send me this in writing and nothing came back. On the 3rd of Jun I put in a complaint, nothing happen, I called on the 7th and they said they only have it for a few days and they have had no response, I asked to speak to the claims department and they said I cannot. I finally got hold of Isaac, who said he will call me back in an hour, no response as yet. Looja projects already sent someone out why do they have to be sent again, why can't they just quote and get the job done. This is the problem with insuring with big companies. If I was through a broker I can speak to someone.
