I called on the 4 June and did a quote on the Bantam that we want insurance on, I got the quote and said I will call back to confirm, spoke to Thato and she said if I call in again I need to redo, I was not happy with it and made her aware. On 5 June I called again and spoke to Selina at 3 PM. She advised that she could call up the quote and I had to change the main driver on the ranger. I gave her wrong information and she said her system is down but she submitted this to the relevant department? I advised I gave the wrong details and she said no she will call me back, I asked if she wants to take the info down and she said she will call me. She said the prorate to be paid and I said it must go off on the 20th she said no and refer to her manager. No call till today. Called again the 6 June spoke to Jaylene, same story, sent me confirmation of insurance and said the prorate can go off on the 20th. I provided her with the new driver details, system problem, will call me back. Still waiting. I do not know what my new premium is nor any new details on the policy. I have called other insurance and got a R200 lesser quote than R2069. And now I want you to respond.
